Epic Adventure

Yesterday, I went on an epic adventure with Leah and Lopez. We went to Penn’s Colony, where there was a festival going on. It was almost like a mini-Renaissance Festival, except it was a Revolutionary War Festival. There were tons of people dressed like they lived in the 1770s, and lots of cool tents set up, selling artsy things.

The best part about it was getting off campus, away from tons of college students. We got to talk to a lot of adults, and have a good time. After we left the festival, we wanted to find a place to eat dinner. We settled on this little Italian restaurant, and we were the youngest people there by 50 years or so. The restaurant was in the middle of a neighborhood, it’s amazing that we found it. I got CHICKEN, because I always eat meat when I’m off campus. As we left, we were hit on by an old man, which is always entertaining.

On our way back to campus, we stopped at the COOLEST toy store EVER. It was shaped like a spaceship!!! Inside, they had lots of neat toys, games, and costumes. We spent a long time in that toy store, and didn’t want to leave, but decided to have a mini-photo shoot outside.

It was such a fun day, and I can’t wait for my next adventure!
